Olivier Richters is the creator and CEO of Muscle Meat, as well as a Dutch bodybuilder, actor, and model, known as ‘The Dutch Giant’. He was the cover model of the November 2018 Netherlands edition of Men’s Health and the subject of a documentary by the magazine. He is known for his imposing height of 218cm, or seven feet two inches. In April 2019, he was interviewed on Good Morning Britain about his prospective acting jobs, and he identified Richard Kiel, the actor of same height who played the henchman Jaws in two James Bond films, as his influence. Richters was cast in a minor role in the 2021 picture Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johansson. He’ll also appear in Louis Wain and The King’s Man.
Olivier began bodybuilding in 2007 after getting dissatisfied with his appearance and wishing to bulk up his figure. He realized he had a long way to go because his starting weight was only 85kg. He made a few rookie mistakes in the gym at first, and it wasn’t until he modified his nutrition and training strategy that he saw major results. Olivier has followed the guidance of a professional bodybuilding instructor since beginning his fitness adventure, which has helped him reach the goals he has set for himself. To prevent hitting a plateau and maintain his enthusiasm levels, he prefers to switch up his training approaches. He is constantly experimenting with various training methods, which ensures that he enjoys his workouts and achieves his objectives. He keeps up with his fans on Instagram, where he boasts over 525,000 followers.
