Omar Gooding is the hilarious actor, voice actor and musician best known for his wide range of appearances in a multitude of prime time television shows, including Touched By An Angel, Hangin’ With Mr Cooper, Smart Guy, Playmakers and many more. Not limited to the small screen, he has also performed in a wide array of different feature films, such as Ghost Dad and Baby Boy, the latter earning him critical praise and great acclaim for his talented portrayal of Sweetpea.

Gooding comes from an acting family- his brother is Cuba Gooding Jr- and Gooding has certainly made his mark as a performer. His variety of series regular roles in hit shows such as the medical drama Miami Medical and the Bounce TV series Family Time show how well he can portray a character, while his charisma and warmth made him perfect to be an original host of the Nickelodeon television show Wild & Crazy Kids. He has a big connection with music, so he has also starred in Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G and in 2005, he took the role of Calvin Palmer Jr. in the television series Barbershop, a role originally played by Ice Cube in the 2002 film.
