Widely regarded as one of the best footballers in the world, Paul Pogba plays for both the French national side as well as Juventus.
Pogba’s career started in his native France, where at the age of 6 he started playing for US Roissy-en-Brie. He progressed quickly, moving to US Torcy before joining professional club Le Havre, a Ligue 1 team. After just two years he was snapped up by Premier League side Manchester United, joining their youth training programme and making his first senior appearances in the 2011- 2012 season. Italian side Juventus then signed Pogba in 2012 and he went on to have his best years yet with the team, winning four Serie A titles, a Golden Boy award in 2013, a Bravo Award in 2014, and playing in the 2015 UEFA Champions League Final. He then made the long awaited return to Manchester United and has played for the club ever since.
As captain of the French team, Pogba has also had a hugely successful career as an international player. In 2014 he won the FIFA World Cup, being awarded Best Young Player at the competition. Two years later he represented France at the UEFA Euro 2016, before helping the side to victory again at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. His skill on the field, as well as ability to adapt and powerful style of play has earned Pogba a reputation as one of the most talented footballers in the sport.
