Mexican socialite and TV personality Paulina Madrazo was thrust into fame recently after her popular appearances on the first season of Bravo’s reality series Mexican Dynasties, which aired in early 2019. The show follows three incredibly wealthy families in Mexico City, documenting their lavish, over-the-top lifestyles, with all three families having various personal and professional connections dating back decades. The Madrazo family (known as the “Luxury Car Dynasty” due to the work of the family patriarch, who was the first person to bring luxury cars to the country) is represented by Paulina herself and her brother Oscar Madrazo, who owns the largest and most prestigious modelling agency in all of Latin America. It’s a business he started when he was just 18 years old, which has since become a behemoth in the Latin world.
Madrazo (Paulina) is an executive at her brother’s modelling agency. Taking great pride in a very close bond with her brother – she refers to him as her ‘soul mate’ – she also co-hosts the entertainment talk show based in Mexico City, “Qué Madrazo”, which translates to “what a punch”. She’s known in-person and loved on-screen for her larger-than-life personality and vivacious spirit, and as such has become a significant figure in Latin American show business. Madrazo will no doubt stay busy in her business exploits alongside her brother and best friend, and hopes to make an even bigger splash on the reality television and entertainment sphere in the coming years (especially now that the Madrazo duo have an avid fan base surrounding them!)
