Pervis Rottenbelly is the stage name of an anonymous indie wrestler who often shows up in association with his “brother,” Jervis Cottonbelly. Although both wear a yellow mask, Rottenbelly’s is distinguished by his pink mohawk and angry eyebrows, being more of the “bad cop” role of the two brothers.
Unlike Cottonbelly, who is known as the sweetest man in the world, Rottenbelly is self-described in his Twitter bio as the “The Rottenest of Bellies, The Grimiest of Fellies.” And that statement seems to be backed up in his Cameo services. Rated five stars on the celebrity-video-sharing app, Rottenbelly sends comedic roast videos to anyone of a fan’s choosing.
For fans of the brothers, Rottenbelly’s mask is sold online through Cottonbelly’s online store, valued at sixty dollars. But outside of merch, Rottenbelly mainly works in support of Cottonbelly. Because although Cottonbelly has fought in the United Wrestling Network under the ring name, Gentleman Jervis, most videos of Pervis Rottenbelly are at private events with Cottonbelly. For example, one of his most popular videos is when he and Cottonbelly tag-teamed a hilarious match against a man in a giraffe costume.
Otherwise, many wrestling fans go to Rottenbelly’s Twitter page in order to get stellar commentary on all news wrestling. Rottenbelly was even the one to point out that in WWE’s “Money in the Bank” match, “Doink the Clown” was an imposter, leading Rottenbelly to be mentioned in Comic Book Resources’ feature piece about the event.
