Wassel (her first name is pronounced S-are-ahh) first became interested in holistic health matters after struggling with a range of issues from autoimmune disease to post-partum anxiety to a desperate desire to rid her beauty routine of harmful chemicals. Through holistic self-care, she succeeded in healing her mind, body, and spirit and began living a cleaner, more natural lifestyle.

A natural entrepreneur (with qualifications in engineering, management, and social media), she set up Beauty Momme as a way of sharing her journey with others.
