Sergi Constance

Sergi Constance, born in Valencia, Spain in 1988, developed an early passion for sports and physical education. His fitness journey began with a desire to improve his physique, leading him to join a local gym. This initial experience cultivated a deep interest in bodybuilding and the transformative effects of consistent training and diet. He pursued higher education at the university in Valencia, earning a 5-year degree in Sciences of Physical Education and Sports. During his studies, Constance also began modeling, using his developed physique to establish a presence in the fitness industry.

Following his academic achievements, Sergi Constance transitioned to competitive bodybuilding, participating in numerous Men’s Physique competitions. His competitive career saw him achieve first-place finishes in various IFBB championships in Spain, in addition to placing in NPC competitions in the United States, including a first-place finish at the NPC Tampa Wings of Strength Championship. He also gained recognition as the “Muscle and Fitness Cover model Search” champion at Mr. Olympia Weekend. These competitive successes, combined with his modeling work for publications such as Iron Man, Solid Homme, Wire, and Muscle and Fitness magazines, solidified his reputation within the fitness community.

Building on his competitive and modeling success, Sergi Constance evolved into a prominent figure in the global fitness landscape. He became a WBFF PRO Muscle Model and leveraged his growing social media presence to connect with a wider audience. In addition to his personal brand, he founded his own clothing and training apparel company, BeLegend, and has become a Global Ambassador for various sporting brands. Working from his base in Miami, Florida, Constance continues to operate as a fitness model, trainer, and entrepreneur, demonstrating sustained career progression from athlete to successful businessman.
