Sonya Walger is a renowned English-American actress. On Instagram she has 20.9k followers, with a growing online influence. She was born in Hampstead, in 1974 and attended Wycombe Abbey School an independent school in High Wycombe then studied English Literature at Oxford University where she received a first-class degree.
Walger’s early roles were on British television; in 1998 she appeared on the popular murder mystery series ‘Midsomer Murders’.

She appeared in ‘Goodnight Sweetheart’ and ‘The Vice’. She made her first appearance in films in ‘Eisenstein’. She worked on the Broadway production of Frost/Nixon as Charlotte Cushing. She was in the HBO series ‘Tell me You Love Me’. Further productions she was in include ‘Flash Forward’, ‘Common Law’, the NBC drama series ‘Parenthood’, ‘The Catch’ and ‘For All Mankind’. Walger became a U.S. citizen in 2013 and married Davey Holmes in 2009, the screenwriter and producer; together they have a son and daughter.
