Sophie Giannamore began her acting career at a young age, making her debut at 12 in the television series “Transparent” (2016-2019), playing the younger version of Maura Pfefferman for two episodes. Her early work also included the short film “The Real Thing” in 2017. These initial roles provided a foundation for her presence in the entertainment industry.

Giannamore’s career progressed with significant roles in television and film. In 2018, she guest-starred in an episode of “The Good Doctor,” portraying Quinn Darby, a young transgender girl.
