Will Ospreay is one of the most exciting new faces incompetitive wrestling. The current NEVER Openweight champion and a former two-timeIWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, Ospreay earned a range of accolades in hisyouth before swiftly rising through the ranks to bigger leagues. A former ROHWorld Television and Progress Wrestling Champion, Ospreay is the first Britishwrestler to be crowned Best of the Super Juniors while holding the title ofIWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.

Trained at Lucha Brittania’s London School of Lucha Libre,Ospreay was inspired to take up wrestling after watching a three-way matchbetween A.J. Styles, Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels at TNA Unbreakable. He madehis professional debut aged 18 opposite Paul Robinson as Dark Britannico, andhas since won the Lucha Britannia World Championship twice. Nicknamed ‘TheAerial Assassin’, Ospreay has a flamboyant and eccentric style that’s part of apersona that he has developed in order to stand out from other high-flyingBritish wrestlers: his unique talents have gained the attention of significantpromoters such as Progress Wrestling, Revolution Pro Wrestling and New JapanPro Wrestling.

Ospreay started his own wrestling promotions companyFrontline Wrestling in 2018, with a keen ambition to develop and popularizewrestling in the United Kingdom. Taking the best of British wrestlers to putthe UK at the forefront of global wrestling, Ospreay put on his first event, ‘BuildMe an Empire’ in summer 2018.
