Yasmina Chalhoub is the owner, content creator, and editor behind the popular travel and lifestyle blog business “Dress Well Travel Often.” She started this blog because she so often got asked by friends and family where my shoes and clothes came from, about her travels, and also for work advice, and MBA admissions tips. Chalhoub also wanted to diversify her resume to get into grad school, and that is how “Dress Well Travel Often” came to be, and it worked!
I graduated in 2013 with a marketing major in the prestigious McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She also minored in French literature and speaks Spanish, which is useful for her love of travel. She graduated with an MBA majoring in marketing, finance, and managing organizations at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She interned in Calvin Klein’s Global Strategy department during the summer between her first and second years at Kellogg, working on projects involving growing and scaling, M&A, licensing, Amazon digital, UX navigation, marketing and influencer strategy, organizational restructuring, and executive strategy.
Prior to joining Kellogg, she worked at Oracle, where she was in charge of the North American developer, security, and application development field marketing campaigns, as well as the East Coast Cloud Day roadshows. Chalhoub is currently employed by Signet Jewelers, the parent company of Jared, Kay, Zales, James Allen, and other high-end jewelers, where he works in marketing innovation and strategy for jewelry services. Her business skills include digital marketing, corporate strategy, influencer marketing, digital media, content creation, field marketing, public speaking, brand management, event planning, public relations, and social media content management.
