Booking Agent (US) (Miami Office) | MN2S

Job Outline:Working to successfully represent talent, satisfy clients, and maximize revenue from commercial activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs
  • Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talent
  • Maintain excellent relationships with talent and clients su
  • Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity
  • Source valuable new clients, build strong relationships
  • Record and track all leads
  • Liaise with Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest news
  • Be a brand ambassador for MN2S
  • Demonstrate the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
  • MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business

Selection Criteria:

  • Successful previous experience (at least 1-2 years)as a Talent Agent
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency business
  • Strong team player
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
