Job Outline:
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new department within a well-established International Music and Talent Agency.
All candidates must have at least two years’ experience as a Voice Over Agent.
The role requires an extremely proactive and driven person with a clear idea of how to build a world class Voice Over offering on stable foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm Voice Over jobs across a range of different sectors to the satisfaction of both clients and talent
- Achieve or exceed set monthly revenue targets
- Take the lead in shaping the company’s Voice Over offering, including direction on webpages and digital marketing
- Build up a talent’s fees and meet pre-agreed objectives
- Proactively develop talent and build up a valuable and diverse personal roster
- Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity
- Constantly source valuable new clients, build strong relationships and – adhering to all data regulations – add client information to the company’s CRM system
- Record and track all leads in the company’s CRM system
- Identify new trends in the Voice Over industry and weave into the strategy where possible
- Be an outstanding example to other members of the team, nurture and guide more junior members where needed to the benefit of the company
- Be a brand ambassador for MN2S
- Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
- MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business
Selection Criteria:
- Successful previous experience (at least 2 years) as a Voice Over Agent consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Existing network of Voice Over talent and clients
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and in writing), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business
