This is an exciting opportunity for a merchandise / fashion design intern to elevate their creative career by working with one of Europe’s top entertainment agencies. We’re looking for a naturally talented designer with a creative flair, who has the ability to work to a brief and produce designs and concepts for merchandise and apparel. The right candidate will have drive, tenacity and enthusiasm and show dedication to the role.
This internship will take place in-office in our Miami HQ.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in creating high-quality designs for merchandise and apparel
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite (other programs also desirable)
- Ability to create original visual assets and concepts for merchandise and apparel
- Experience in working or interning for a similar business (design, music, media)
- Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging visual ideas and concepts
- Familiarity with new and relevant trends in the world of design and fashion
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing designs and visual assets in response to a variety of briefs
- Creating visual identities for merchandise
- Designing apparel and clothing
- Be a brand ambassador for MN2S
- Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
- MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business
Selection Criteria:
- Successful and demonstrable experience in design, fashion or merchandising
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite and other design-focused software
- Ability to work to a brief and produce creative designs and visual assets for merchandise
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- A target-driven self-starter
- Strong team player and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to manage time extremely well, multi-task and prioritise important work
- Highly organized and confident in a fast-paced environment
