MN2S artist Boy George will be performing at Luxembourg’s annual street festival in celebration of Pride.
Boy George and Culture Club are set to top line-up at this year’s Luxembourg Pride street festival, taking place on the 9th and 10th July as part of Pride Week (1-10 July) and this year’s European Capital of Culture programme celebrating the city of Esch-sur-Alzette. Due to the pandemic, this is the first Pride street festival to take place in Luxembourg in three years, and this year Pride comes back with a bang. Alongside the traditional parade and a hotly-anticipated performance from Boy George and Culture, the weekend will see a host of other queer artists take to the stage, including George Philippart, DJ Pippa, Daniel Schumacher, Jendrik, Poli Genova, Leona Winter and Edsun. There will also be a Rainbow Breakfast taking place on Sunday morning, followed by drag shows and speeches on topics surrounding diversity and inclusion.
