DJing since the early ‘90s, The Element first found success as a tour DJ for seminal electronic live act The Advent, taking him from New York’s legendary Twilo to Holland’s Awakenings Festival. He was resident for Serbia’s acclaimed EXIT Festival until 2011, and in recent years has been helping to put Malta on the dance music map.
His Cosa Nostra party has brought the likes of Tale of Us, Mind Against, Mathew Johnson, Richie Hawtin, John Digweed, Green Velvet, Sasha, Dixon, DJ Tennis and Art Department to his home country, where he also helped stage Tennis’ Life & Death label’s first festival.
He took the party to Sankeys Ibiza this summer for a successful residency, helping him to build his brand into a globally recognised force.
He plays a blend of brooding techno with progressive house melodics and atmospherics.
