Hannah Cockroft appears at BBC's Countryfile Live | MN2S

The British wheelchair racer appeared at Yorkshire’s Castle Howard to take part in BBC’s Countryfile Live.

Hannah Cockroft MBE visited Countryfile’s live event in August to take part in a panel discussion surrounding health, wellbeing and nature. Speaking alongside a panel of four other well-known figures, including polar explorer Dwayne Fields, Cockroft gave her view on how experiencing nature can improve our wellbeing, allowing us to switch off and feel healthier, happier and more balanced.

The panel discussion was part of a larger event, BBC Countryfile Live, which “celebrated every part of the British countryside” over four days, with live arena shows, animal demonstrations, glorious food and drink, pop-up shops and water-sports on Castle Howard’s South Lake.
