Tom Hunt and Ruby Bhogal partner with ODDBOX | MN2S

These two talented chefs were linked up with ODDBOX by MN2S to provide recipes and promote their food delivery service.

Zero-waste chef Tom Hunt and GBBO finalist Ruby Bhogal worked with ODDBOX to produce content that promoted their no-waste ethos across their highly visible social media accounts. Custom-made recipes created by both chefs were featured on the company’s website. Tom put together a “chest-NUT-roast” made from ODDBOX’s Christmas box, while Ruby created a clementine, lemon and cranberry meringue wreath, a stunning festive dessert that topped off a highly engaging seasonal campaign.

Speaking about her contribution, Ruby commented: “This recipe was one I taught my Mum a few years back and since then, she has been making it ever since. I adore that. It makes my heart all warm and cosy knowing we now have a new family tradition and it is something we have made and done together.

“This recipe is all about the chestnuts which ODDBOX rescued from Portugal. It’s wrapped in red cabbage and stuffed with a delicious combination of shallots and rainbow carrots, barley and lentils.”
