Eco-chef, restaurant owner and author Tom Hunt was teamed up with children’s food brand Organix by MN2S to promote a new eco-friendly campaign.

Chef Tom Hunt is dedicated to cooking nutritious, healthy food with all-natural ingredients, and generating zero waste in the process. This made him the perfect match for Organix, a children’s food brand with a clear mission to ensure healthy, nutritious food is a real choice for everyone. Operating since 1992, they’ve been leading the way in delicious, healthier food choices that little ones love and parents have relied on for almost three decades.

On 30th September, Tom Hunt shared a recipe to his Instagram in a sponsored post for Organix. Tom showed his followers how to make carrot cake muffins with peanut butter icing, speaking about the importance of eating organically and how Organix are helping the cause. “I’ve written this recipe for @Organixfood to celebrate #OrganicSeptember and highlight why eating organic is important. Eating better food can be better for the planet too,” Tom wrote. “Organic food tastes better and is often more nutritious and beneficial for the environment. These carrot cake muffins use seasonal, organic, plant-based ingredients (including nuts) without refined sugar.”
