Clash premiered the new video for Kayper’s ‘What You Say’ last week.

Clash called the video and the song itself ‘super-slick’, saying it will be perfect for house fans around the world who can’t wait for the summer.

The record-breaking DJ, presenter and producer shot the video for her November single ‘What You Say’ in Brooklyn. It features a cool subdued colour palette, focusing on the Brooklyn area and its residents. Eventually a plot emerges, filled with shock, suspense, betrayal and humour.

Released through Eton Messy Records way ahead of time, there is no doubt that ‘What You Say’ will be a summer hit, with Kayper’s trademark rhythmic beats and smooth, layered vocals from Jonny Winston.

Kayper herself is gearing up for the summer. With high profile fans such as Drake, Afrojack and Annie Mac, Kayper has played huge summer shows in the past at clubs and festivals, including sets at the Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Festival and SXSW; club shows in the US, the UK and the rest of Europe; and brand events for Carrera, Samsung and many more.

With other recent releases from LIMITS and Ferdinand Weber, Eton Messy has been putting out some of the best electronic music around at the moment, and Kayper’s ‘What You Say’ is no exception.
