Wu Tang’s The Saga Continues thrills fans and critics

On release for a week now, The Saga Continues has solidified the Wu-Tang Clan’s reputation as hip-hop icons.

The group’s latest studio album as a unit, The Saga Continues comes three decades after Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) launched the careers of RZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

A brand new combined video for the tracks ‘If Time Is Money (Fly Navigation) / Hood Go Bang ft. Method Man’ was released this week. The clip stars Method Man, rapping to a group of companions—including Raekwon. Watch the video below:

The album has received acclaim across the board, with Vulture hailing it as a “return to form.” Produced by Mathematics, The Saga Continues features star turns from most of the group’s original members along with new affiliates, and longtime collaborators like Redman (whose guest vocals appear on ‘Hood Go Bang’, though he doesn’t star in the video). As U-God could not appear due to legal issues, the album was credited to simple “Wu Tang”.

With several group studio albums under their belt and various classic solo albums from members, Wu-Tang Clan has continues to make headlines. Their one-off album project Once Upon A Time in Shaolin has been igniting music publications with debate ever since the only copy was purchased by controversial millionaire Martin Shkreli in an auction. With The Saga Continues, true fans can finally hear Wu Tang back together again.

Book Raekwon and Ghostface Killah now to bring the sage to your venue.
