On July 13, Aston Martin hosted a distinguished farewell dinner at the luxurious Beaverbrook Hotel.
The exclusive event was attended by high-profile guests and featured a special appearance by renowned former tennis star Annabel Croft, where they celebrated the end of a remarkable chapter with elegance and style.
Known for her impressive career in tennis and her engaging television presence, Annabel’s attendance added a touch of star power to the event. Despite the busy schedules and multiple engagements, including the Wimbledon Ladies Final, Annabel managed to accommodate the event, where she gave a speech much to the delight of the attendees.
British Tennis Champion Annabel Croft retired from professional tennis at the age of twenty-one. Annabel was born in London and raised in Kent where she learnt to play tennis at the age of nine. She soon emerged as a player of immense promise and within three years had become the National Champion at under 12yrs, 14yrs and 16 yrs age groups. At 15, she was the youngest Briton to play senior Wimbledon for nearly 100 years. In 1984 she became junior Wimbledon Champion as well as Junior Australian Open Champion. A year later she collected her first senior tournament trophy in San Diego.
The farewell dinner was not just an end but a celebration of the enduring relationships and the journey shared and the promise of new beginnings, as Aston Martin and their clients looked forward to future collaborations and successes.
