Rollacoaster Magazine spoke with producer and label head icekream about his new single, “BOLT”.
Icekream was interviewed for Rollacoaster Magazine about the release of his new single. Shot by Gerrod Phillip and interviewed by Octavia Akolitchev, the producer spoke about the importance of taking full creative control of his music: “I just want to make my best music, have it protected and have creative freedom. This is all that I have, so fuck it – I’m going to go for it, and learn what I can.” He also spoke about future plans for 2022, and signalled a potential stylistic shift: “I have a bunch of house music that I’m going to be putting out soon. I’ll be showcasing the variety of flavours that icekream has to offer the world!”

icekream is a globally connected producer, musician and label head. Born and raised in Paris, he was inspired by the local music scene while searching far and wide for international influences that have developed his sound. His latest track is the ninth single to be released on Kream Kingdom, a boutique record label launched by icekream last year.
