Rollacoaster Magazine has premiered the latest drop from producer and label head icekream.
Producer and label head icekream’s latest single “Real Rap” has been premiered on Rollacoaster Magazine’s website. A collaboration with NYC-based MC Prayah, the track follows “What it Be” and “Runners Pace” to complete a trio of collaborative singles released throughout early 2021. “Real Rap” is without doubt icekream’s most potent release to date, as the producer reinvents his sound to match the lyrical contributions of Prayah. Representing East Brooklyn, the rapper’s gritty tone and heavyweight flows recall legendary MCs such as Biggie Smalls and Shine, while his ingenious lyricism places him in a league of his own.
“GIVING US THE SAME HARD-HITTING TONE AS BIGGIE AND MF DOOM, PRAYAH TEARS UP THE MENACING HIP-HOP PRODUCTION, AND PULLS US IN WITH HIS SMOOTH VOCAL FINESSE AND QUICK-FIRE FLOW.”Rollacoaster Magazine
