Intimacy coach, media personality and MN2S PR client Brenden Durell has spoken with Reality Tidbit about the new series of Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle.
Brenden Durell has been featured in an article on Reality Tidbit about the new series of Too Hot to Handle, one of Netflix’s most popular reality TV shows. Speaking to Reality Tidbit, Brenden discusses the fears that contestants on the show experience and how he can help them work through these. “There’s the fear of the unknown, the fear of allowing somebody to get to know them, the fear of letting somebody see them beyond their beautiful bodies,” he says. “Those fears come up all the time for both the men and women on the show.” He also talked about how he helps contestants to “let their guards down” and experience intimacy. “There has to be some type of structure and slowness. Think of a candle. We don’t really like candles that burn really fast, we like slow-burn candles. The same thing with intimacy, the more slow-burning we can have, the more nirvana and more bliss we can experience in our lives – not just sexually, but also emotionally.”
