He solidified his dominance with subsequent wins at the prestigious Scribble Jam DJ Battle in both 2004 and 2007, marking a significant rise in the global DJ battle circuit and laying the foundation for his acclaimed career as a DJ and producer. Skratch Bastid expanded his artistic output with the release of his collaborative album, ‘Taking Care of Business,’ alongside John Smith and Pip Skid, on his own First Things First Records label in 2005.
