Adam Cohen secured a coveted contract with Sony Music’s Columbia Records in 1996, emerging from an industry bidding war that recognized his exceptional talents as a songwriter, singer, guitarist, and keyboardist. His critically acclaimed debut album, ‘Adam Cohen,’ released in 1998, swiftly garnered positive attention and yielded the prominent radio hit ‘Cry Ophelia.’ Demonstrating his artistic range and international appeal, Cohen then pivoted to French-language material, delivering the album ‘Mélancolista’ in 2004 through Capitol Records Canada. This release further highlighted his collaborative spirit, featuring a memorable duet with acclaimed French actress Virginie Ledoyen on the track ‘Happiness.’ In 2005, Cohen expanded his musical footprint significantly by taking on the role of lead singer for the Los Angeles-based band The Low Millions. Under his vocal guidance, the band’s debut album, ‘Ex-Girlfriends,’ released the same year, quickly found success.

He served as producer and a performing artist on Leonard Cohen’s globally acclaimed 2016 album, ‘You Want It Darker,’ a project that earned widespread critical praise and solidified its place as a monumental work.
