Ally Venable

Ally Venable is a distinguished blues rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter known for her dynamic performances and impactful contributions to the blues community. She has released several acclaimed albums and toured extensively across continents, establishing herself as a significant artist in contemporary blues. After releasing her debut EP, ‘Wise Man,’ in 2013, Ally Venable quickly established herself as a formidable talent within the blues rock genre. Her foundational work earned her critical acclaim, leading to her being recognized as the ETX Music Awards Female Guitar Player of the Year in both 2014 and 2015.

Further cementing her status, the Ally Venable Band was named the ETX Music Awards Blues Band of the Year in 2015 and again in 2016. In 2016, Venable released her first full-length album, ‘No Glass Shoes,’ in collaboration with Connor Ray Music, which ascended to No. 16 on the RMR Electric Blues Charts and garnered praise from America’s Blues Scene as a ‘must-see act for under-30-year-olds.’ Venable continued her impressive trajectory with the release of her second album, ‘Puppet Show,’ in 2018, which made a significant impact by debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard Blues Albums Chart.

On April 8, she released the highly anticipated single ‘Unbreakable,’ featuring Grammy-nominated artist Shemekia Copeland. These singles precede the full album release of ‘Money & Power’ on April 18, 2025. Demonstrating her ongoing global reach, Ally Venable has also announced an extensive UK tour scheduled for October 2025, reinforcing her continuous engagement with her growing international fanbase.
