Bacon Brothers

The Bacon Brothers continue to blend folk, rock, soul, and country influences, maintaining a multi-decade musical career alongside their individual pursuits in acting, composing, and academia. After officially forming their musical duo in 1995 following an acclaimed one-night-only performance at Philadelphia’s Theatre of Living Arts, The Bacon Brothers, comprising siblings Michael Bacon and Kevin Bacon, went on to release their debut studio album ‘Forosoco’ in 1997. This album defined their genre-blending style of folk, rock, soul, and country. Over their multi-decade career, The Bacon Brothers have released eleven additional studio albums, embarked on numerous tours across North America and Europe, and made appearances on various radio, television, and web platforms, consistently showcasing their diverse musical range.

Their compilation ‘Philadelphia Road-Best of’ was released in 2011, preceding albums ’36¢’ (2014) and ‘The Bacon Brothers’ (2018). The 2018 single ‘Tom Petty T-Shirt’ reached #8 on iTunes and Spotify charts and debuted nationally on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’. Most recently, The Bacon Brothers released their album ‘The Way We Love’ in 2020, followed by ‘Erato’ in 2022. Their latest album, ‘Ballad Of The Brothers,’ was released in 2024, continuing their tradition of blending diverse musical influences and engaging audiences through their consistent touring schedule and acclaimed studio recordings.
