Day26 is an American R&B group that rose to prominence after being handpicked by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on MTV’s ‘Making the Band 4,’ releasing multiple Billboard chart-topping albums and performing on major tours. After being handpicked by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on MTV’s ‘Making the Band 4’ in August 2007, Day26 quickly rose to prominence as an American R&B group. Their debut single, ‘Got Me Going,’ launched in January 2008, paving the way for their self-titled debut album, ‘Day26,’ released on March 25, 2008, via Bad Boy Records. The album made an immediate impact, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 and selling an impressive 190,000 copies in its first week.

This initial success solidified their position, followed by their second single ‘Since You’ve Been Gone’ later in 2008.
