Lisa Hannigan

Lisa Hannigan is an accomplished Irish musician, singer, composer, and voice actress known for her diverse collaborations and critically acclaimed solo career. After establishing her formidable presence as a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist with Damien Rice’s band, Lisa Hannigan embarked on a critically acclaimed solo career. Joining Rice in 2001, she became an integral part of his ensemble, lending her distinctive voice to his highly successful albums ‘O’ (2002) and ‘9’ (2006), which included the hit ‘9 Crimes.’ Hannigan toured extensively with the band, also providing instrumental support on guitar, bass, and drums, solidifying her reputation as a prominent vocal talent within the Irish music scene. In 2007, she launched her solo career, returning to Dublin to record her debut album.

She reprised her role as Blue Diamond for ‘Steven Universe: The Movie’ (2019) and the subsequent series ‘Steven Universe Future’ (2020).
