Abby Anderson is an American country music singer-songwriter who is also a popular Social Media influencer with 369k followers on Instagram and a growing online fan base. She was born in 1997 and is the second oldest of seven children. Her mother comes from a family linked to singing country music. She started to learn piano at age 5, finding her talent for music and singing at a young age. Athletic at school, she became the first girl to play on her middle school football team. At Hendersonville High School her best friend was music star Taylor Swift. She later went to Kansas University with a swimming scholarship.
Anderson performed in music venues in Nashville such as The Listening Room Café and The Bluebird Café. She was signed by independent entertainment company Black River Entertainment and released ‘This Feeling’ in her debut with the label. In 2018, Pandora noted her as a “Country Artist to watch”. In the same year she released her single ‘Make him Wait’ which was streamed on Spotify more than 4 million times. In 2018 she released her debut EP titled I’m Good. In Washington D.C. she performed during the National Christmas Tree Lighting.
She has toured playing popular festivals such as Dierks Bentley’s Seven Peaks Festival and more. In 2019 she was listed as one of Music Row Magazine’s Next Big Things and Sounds Like Nashville’s list of Country Artists to Watch. One of her latest singles is called ‘I’ll Still Love You’ and is written with Jordan Minton, with the single she has released a video singing and playing the piano which has been widely popular.
