Initially gaining local attention in Brighton as part of the only vegan burger brand, Clean Kitchen Club, Garman, alongside childhood friend Mikey Pearce, saw the venture sell 500 burgers weekly, eventually expanding to six outlets across London, including Boxpark Wembley.
Garman brings over a decade of experience to his culinary endeavors, having refined his skills as a vegan chef in various kitchens.
