Adam Banks

Adam Banks is an experienced non-executive director and advisor who has led significant digital transformation and technology initiatives across global organizations. After successfully leading the recovery efforts following a significant cyber-attack in 2017 while serving as Group Chief Information and Technology Officer at A.P. Moller Maersk, an achievement recognized by The World Economic Forum, Adam Banks established himself as a leading authority in global technology strategy and digital transformation. His foundational experience began with roles at International Computers Limited and Lloyd’s of London, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of complex digital infrastructures.

Banks also contributes his strategic insights as a board member for Finastra and as an advisor to industry leaders such as Rio Tinto, Euroclear UK&I, and the Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA). Demonstrating his commitment to innovation and sector governance, Adam is the current Chair of Vault Sentinel and serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for AuDHD UK.
