Italy's Alice Betto will be the only woman to wear the LOOK triathlon colors this season. She partnered with LOOK CYCLE in 2022 to compete on the World Triathlon circuit. This partnership also included a visit to their factory in Nevers to understand the manufacturing process.

Alice Betto was born on December 10, 1987, in Cavaria, Italy. Her professional triathlon career began with notable achievements, establishing her as a significant presence in the sport. Early in her career, she demonstrated strong potential, becoming the National 2009 U23 Champion and the National 2010 Elite Champion in Italy. Her international debut in 2010 saw her secure a bronze medal at the European Cup in Quarteira, competing against established athletes. This early success highlighted her capabilities in a competitive field.
Throughout her career, Betto has consistently competed at the highest levels of triathlon. She participated in the prestigious French Club Championship Series Lyonnaise des Eaux, where she achieved a 15th-place finish among elite triathletes. Her Olympic career includes participation in the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, where she finished 7th in the Women’s Individual Triathlon and 8th in the Mixed Relay event. She also competed in the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, placing 16th in the Women’s Individual Triathlon and contributing to Italy’s 6th-place finish in the Mixed Relay.
