Alicia Agneson was born on February 26, 1996, and raised in Eskilstuna, Södermanland County, Sweden. From an early age, she engaged in acting, singing, and dancing in local stage productions. At the age of fifteen, Agneson relocated to London to further her career in the performing arts. Her professional acting journey began in the UK with a stage debut as Cinderella in a pantomime at the Exeter Corn Exchange in 2013.
Agneson gained significant recognition at the age of 19 when she was cast in the fifth season of the History Channel’s TV drama ‘Vikings’. She initially portrayed Freydis, a slave who becomes a queen, before taking on the role of Russian Princess Katia in the sixth and final season (2017–2020), appearing in a total of 21 episodes.
