Bonnie Chapman is best known for starring with her family on eight seasons of the A&E reality show, Dog the Bounty Hunter. The show follows her dad’s complicated job, as well as their family dynamic. Additionally, she’s guest-starred on her family’s subsequent spin-off series, Dog and Beth: On the Hunt, and even served as a producer for Dog’s Most Wanted.
Since the show’s conclusion, Chapman’s family has been in the news due to the death of her mother, Beth, who lost her battle to throat cancer. Now, Chapman is known to keep her mother’s ashes in her necklace every day and is practicing resiliency by focusing on her next outlet: makeup.
Describing her new passion as therapy to deal with the loss in her life, Chapman turned her social media accounts into a platform for her to do both makeup and skincare product reviews, as well as a place to document her different looks as a makeup artist. And since she explored this medium, her social media following has skyrocketed, with around 40K followers on Facebook, 86K on Twitter, and a whopping 134K followers on Instagram. Having such a large fanbase has allowed Chapman to be an influencer and brand ambassador, working with companies like Cozy Earth, Gpen, and more. She even started up a second Instagram account and Tik Tok called “Creations by Bonnie” to sell custom coasters, earrings, ash trays, and more.
