Chris and Harry are a comedy comedy/jazz duo in the UK. They have been working together for over ten years. However they only recently came to prominence in the years 2016 and 2017 following performances at the famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
They have also featured on TV programme ‘The Russell Howard Hour’. The popular Sky One show was the ultimate platform for them to reach out to a whole new audience.
Their performance received a standing ovation from the crowd in attendance due to their ability of storytelling through music. The combination of music and comedy really sets them apart from the crowd. They are growing a large population with the younger audiences as they appreciate that they are bringing something new to the comedy table, and they will be fronting the next wave of brilliant British comedians.
They aim to differentiate themselves from the rest of the up and coming comedians by making comedy jazz popular once again. Their real names are Chris Read and Harry Baker respectively. They have earnt themselves compliments from famous comedians, such as Jonathan Ross, who referred to them as “Amazing, fabulously and entertaining”. Russel Howard, whose show they appeared on referred to them as ‘Musical Geniuses’. That is some high praise from some of the most recognisable faces of the British television industry.
