Chris Galya is known for his career-defining role as the lead love interest Tony Chicolini on Disney Channel’s popular Jessie, alongside the bubbly Debby Ryan of Insatiable and The Suite Life on Deck, Skai Jackson and the late Cameron Boyce; capturing the hearts of the audience from the get-go. Since Jessie, Gayla has gone on to appear in 2014’s TV series Acting Dead – a satirical dark-comedy – featuring Jillian Clare and Patrika Darbo of Days of Our Lives. The Emmy Award winning Acting Dead was hailed for its enigmatic winking humour, and Gayla’s chemistry with Jillian Clare was considered particularly noteworthy by critics. This was Gayla’s film debut, and the hauntingly thrilling plot line surrounding a deadly virus was as captivating as it was prophetic, with Gayla standing out amongst these eminent actors for his vivacious performance.
