Damian Clark is best known for being an Australian stand-up comedian. Clark has been actively performing in comedy clubs and festivals not just around Australia but also abroad. His show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018, won the Amused Moose People’s Champion Award. In 2018, he also won the Best Show Award at the Neath Comedy Festival in Wales. He performed on a tour around Ireland, the United Kingdome and Europe and even some places in the United States. With his success, Clark was in fact even featured in the Comedy Channel’s Damo Does Edinburgh, Irish TV’s Republic of Telly, The Savage Eye, Katherine Lynch’s Wonder Women, The Apprentice: You’re Fired! Comedy Central’s Seann Walsh World, and others. He even wrote and co-starred in RTE2’s I Dare Ya! which soon became the highest rating Irish comedy debut to date. Since Clark made Ireland his home, he did not just become a regular in RTE’s IFTA Award winning Republic of Telly, he also became a comedy penalist on TV2’s The Apprentice and many other shows. Clark spends pays close attention to the titles of his shows. He wants to let his audience know on what he’s on about during a certain show, and not give them too many expectations. Clark makes sure to fit as much of his humour as he can into his one hour performances. He always seems relaxed, has a drink with him and talks to his audience to offer them a good time and laughter.
