Dana Loesch is an American conservative political activist, commentator, talk radio host, and author known for her work as a spokesperson for the National Rifle Association and for hosting her nationally syndicated radio show. After being recognized with the ‘Best Newspaper Columnist St. Louis’ award by Riverfront Times in 2007, Dana launched her website, ‘Mamalogues,’ which was featured as a weekly online column in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch from 2006 to 2008.
Her growing influence within conservative media led to her being named to Talkers Magazine’s prestigious top 100 ‘heavy hitters’ list. Expanding her activism, she co-founded the St. Louis Tea Party in 2009, remaining with the organization until December 2011. Dana further broadened her media footprint by serving as editor-in-chief of Big Journalism, a role she assumed in October 2010.
In 2011, she joined CNN as a political analyst, contributing extensively to their 2012 election coverage, and in 2012, she was honored with Accuracy In Media’s Grassroots Journalism award.
