The wonderful sportsman Daniel Berger is a professional golfer, who plays on the PGA Tour. At the end of the 2014-15 season he was named PGA Tour Rookie of the Year, and he has gone on to compete in the Masters Tournament, the PGA Championship, the US Open, and The Open Championship.
Born and raised in Florida, Berger began playing golf at the age of ten, taking lessons and attending summer golf camps. He took part in various tournaments from a young age, including the US Kids International Championship. He then played collegiate golf at Florida State University, where he was named a 2x first-team All-American by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
Berger turned professional at the age of 20 and in late 2013 he qualified for the Web.com Tour. He continued to improve his standings on the Green and earned his promotion to the PGA Tour for the 2014-15 season. He gained his first PGA Tour win in 2016 at the FedEx St. Jude Classic, and has gone on to compete in the Maters Tournament, the PGA Championship, The Open Championship, and at the US Open, where in 2018, he tied 6th.
