Amanda Robertson is a professional golfer and a contestant on the second series of the series, Holey Moley. She has been competing professionally since 2012, and prior to that, she was trying her hand at every sport possible. Now, she competes in the Candian Women’s Tour and The Cactus Tour.
Robertson’s love for golf came at a young age, but she began playing softball, hoping some day to make it to the Olympics. When softball was pulled out of the Olympics, she opted to try something new that would make her stand out as an individual. She fell in love with golf and has never looked back since. Now, her whole life revolves around the game.
As well as competing in golf, Robertson has now started her own golfing business, Backswing Golf Events. The company offers opportunities for fundraising events and the chance for amateur players to go up against pros such as Robertson herself. She also endorses products on her Instagram as a side project, showing her forty thousand followers products which she uses in her career and every day life.
Robertson has competed in a recent series of the golfing show, Holey Moley, which requires the contestants to make it through a difficult obstacle course. Though she didn’t win, she had a good time on the programme and added another experience to her extensive resume.
