Deon Haywood is an American human rights defender, activist, educator, and the executive director of Women With A Vision, a social justice nonprofit dedicated to addressing issues that disproportionately affect Black women and marginalized communities. Her work focuses on combating discrimination, advocating for sex workers’ rights, improving living conditions for the working poor, and increasing access to HIV healthcare in the American South.
