Dr. Robert C. Wolcott is an accomplished academic and co-founder, holding positions as Adjunct Professor of Innovation at the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. From 2010 to 2019, he served as Clinical Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Kellogg, where he was recognized with the Teacher of the Year award from Kellogg’s EMBA program in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017. He co-founded The World Innovation Network (TWIN), a global community for innovation and growth leaders, gathering nearly 4,000 members from over 30 countries. TWIN hosts an annual event, TWIN Global, in Chicago, bringing together 400 delegates to discuss the future and foster cross-sector relationships. He is also a managing partner with Clareo, a growth strategy consultancy working with global corporations.

He earned his BA in European and Chinese History, and his MS and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Management Science, all from Northwestern University. His book, ‘Grow From Within: Mastering Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation’ (McGraw-Hill, 2010), has been translated into Chinese and Japanese.
