The Sydney influencer has always been deeply concerned and passionate about health and wellbeing, and in 2014 graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor in Health Sciences. She is also a certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellness Coaching Australia. Helena is currently building up her education even more by studying nutrition at Well College Global, a school that focuses on Women’s health and wellbeing specifically.
