Jack Cutmore-Scott is the handsome and talented young actor best known for his roles as the title character in the television series Cooper Barrett’s Guide To Surviving Life, his appearance in the hit action 2014 feature film Kingsman: The Secret Service as Rufus Saville, and his work as disgraced magician and illusionist Cameron Black in the fantastic American murder mystery drama from ABC, Deception. Cutmore-Scott also plays his character’s twin brother Jonathan and learned various tricks and illusions for his part in the series which began airing in 2018, working alongside talented magicians David Kwong and Francis Menotti to learn the tricks of the trade.
Initially spending his gap year pursuing performing arts, Cutmore-Scott trained at the London Academy Of Music And Dramatic Art, working extensively with the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and began his professional career at twenty, after featuring in fourteen different stage productions while studying at the prestigious Harvard University in the US. As a result of his hard work, he received both the the Lee Patrick Award for Drama in 2009 and the Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts in 2010, while also being inducted in Harvard’s Signet Society.
Following his successful work with ABC, Cutmore-Scott is diversifying his talents and is writing and starring in a new comedy series that he is developing with the network. Titled What If?, the show is billed as an ensemble comedy show, exploring how small choices can have life changing consequences. Cutmore-Scott with be a supervising producer for the show, alongside familiar face Jay Lacopo.
