James Harris

James Harris is the host of the popular TV series, Million Dollar Listings Los Angeles. He joined from the seventh series onward, showing Americans the reality of some of the most expensive properties in the City of Angels.
Harris was born and raised in the UK and began his career in real estate there, but travelled out to America with hopes of aiming higher. Officially he works at The Agency, working alongside his business partner to sell high-end properties in LA. He belongs to one of the most successful companies of its type and in 2019, The Agency broke a number of records in its sector, making millions of dollars along the way.
Harris has won a number of titles for his successes at the Agency, including being among Variety’s Showbiz Real Estate Elite for four years running and making it into the Hollywood Reporter’s top twenty five agents every year between 2015 and 2019.
With season twelve of the show on the way, Harris is being kept busy by his appearances on the programme, but he also uses his time to hang out with his kids and wife. He also appears at seminars to discuss how he got into the business of luxury real estate, discussing how confidence is the key to succeeding in any career. In addition to his work in real estate, Harris is passionate about giving back to the community and does charity work with the LA Children’s Hospital and the Jewish Federation Community.
