January Jones

Famously known for her role in Mad Men as Betty Draper, January Jones is also known as a model. Jones was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakoda. Her first appearance on the movie industry was with her supporting role in Anger Management in 2003. Jones also appeared in Love Actually, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, We Are Marshall, and in Good Kill. Jones was featured as the lead role in the 2003 American Wedding, as Cadence Flaherty. Jones also appeared in the Law & Order episode Quit Claim. In 2009, Jones appeared in a British film about an offshore pirate radio in the 1960s, titled The Boat That Rocked. In 2011, Jones was also seen on two thriller films Unknown, where she played alongside Liam Neeson and Diane Kruger, and in Seeking Justice, where she played alongside Nicolas Cage and Guy Pierce. Her breakthrough in her acting career came with her role as Betty Draper in Mad Men, from 2007 to 2015. The role of Betty Draper, brought Jones two nominations for Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress – Television Series Drama and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. Jones also appeared in the Fox television comedy series titled The Last Man on Earth. In 2019, Jones joined the Netflix comedy series, The Politician, and a year after that she played the leading role in Spinning Out, where she played a bipolar single mother of two figure skaters.
