Reality television star and entrepreneur Jean M.Blanc rose to fame on the 14th season of ABC’s popular show ‘The Bachelorette’ in 2018. Although he wasn’t chosen by Becca Kufrin, Blanc became a breakout star of the show and won the hearts of millions of viewers, his Instagram following soaring from 5k to 71.2k. Blessed with stunning good looks, a positive outlook and a rapidly expanding social media following, Blanc has been offered the chance to work with several brands including HotelTonight, Yuengling beer and Ripped to SHREDZ.
Born in Haiti and now living in Philly, USA, Blanc became famous on The Bachelorette for his love of cologne, describing himself as a “colognoisseur” (a self-penned term which soon became his affectionate nickname amongst fans of the program) and made plenty of scent-related puns. But there’s much more to Blanc than his love of fragrance, and the reality star has previously earned a degree in electrical engineering at Northeastern University, a certificate in business fundamentals at Harvard Business School and an MBA at Duke specialising in finance and management.
An entrepreneur at heart, he launched his perfume company Jean Blanc Boutique shortly after appearing on the show, built on his new-found fame and popularity and with a mission to “empower women through fragrance”. He also announced he would donate a portion of profits to the #meetoo movement.
