The beautiful and legendary Judy Trammell is the choreographer of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. A former cheerleader with the Cowboys herself, she is also the star of the hit reality TV show, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Trammell was always interested in performing as a child and was a cheerleader at High School. She trained in jazz, pom, drill team, and tap dance, and became part of the cheerleading team for the Dallas Cowboys American Football Team in 1980. She cheered for them for four years, and during that time served as group leader. She became assistant choreographer in 1984, and in 1991 was promoted to head choreographer. Away from football, she has also choreographed for music videos, talk shows, award shows, TV specials, beauty pageants, and pop stars, including MC Hammer, Destiny’s Child, and Sheryl Crow. She also played herself in director Robert Altman’s 2000 romcom, Dr T & The Women, featuring opposite Richard Gere, Helen Hunt, and Farrah Fawcett.
Trammell regularly connects with her legions of followers and admirers through Instagram, and Twitter, posting pictures and videos of her personal and professional life around the Dallas Cowboys. She is also available for that personalised shout-out via the Cameo platform.
